Educare International School celebrated Emoji Day on 17th July 2025 with enthusiasm and creativity in the Balvatika section, turning a simple concept into a meaningful learning experience for young learners.

Through a series of engaging activities, children explored a wide range of emotions using colourful emoji representations. From happiness and excitement to sadness and surprise, students were encouraged to identify, express, and even enact different feelings in a safe and playful environment.

The celebration served as an effective tool for developing early communication skills. As children interacted with one another and responded to visual cues, they began to associate expressions with emotions, gradually improving their ability to articulate how they feel.

Such activities play an important role in nurturing emotional intelligence at an early stage. By recognising and understanding different moods, children develop empathy, self-awareness, and stronger social connections. The use of familiar and visually appealing emojis made the learning process both enjoyable and relatable.

The Emoji Day celebration reflects the school’s approach to early education—where learning is interactive, expressive, and rooted in real-life understanding. It was a vibrant and joyful experience that blended creativity with essential life skills.
