At Educare International School, we believe that a child’s education becomes truly meaningful when the school and the family work together. Regular Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs) provide an important opportunity for teachers and parents to exchange observations, understand each child better, and work together towards their overall development.
Regular PTMs at Educare are conducted as a continuous process of communication rather than as a conversation limited to examination results or academic performance. Teachers and parents discuss a child’s progress, classroom participation, learning habits, behaviour, interests, strengths and areas that may require additional attention. These regular interactions help ensure that concerns can be identified early and that appropriate guidance and encouragement can be provided at the right time.
A special feature of our PTM approach is the importance we place on one-on-one interaction. Individual meetings create a more focused and comfortable space where teachers can speak about a particular child’s unique abilities, natural talents, personal strengths and individual needs. Parents, in turn, can share their observations, concerns and experiences from home, allowing teachers to gain a more complete understanding of the child.
The one-on-one Parent–Teacher Meet held at Educare International School on 17/01/2026 (Saturday) reflected this philosophy. The conversations went beyond marks and report cards, touching upon confidence, creativity, communication, behaviour and emotional development, along with academics. Such meaningful dialogue helps teachers and parents look at the child as a whole person rather than simply as a learner measured by grades.
We believe that every child grows differently, and meaningful education begins with understanding that individuality. Through regular communication and one-on-one interaction, Educare International School strives to build a strong partnership between teachers and parents—one that supports every child in becoming confident, capable, responsible and compassionate.
