At Educare International School, learning is not limited to absorbing knowledge—it is about thinking deeply, questioning meaningfully, and expressing with clarity. This spirit came alive during our Inter-Class Debate Competition 2025, where students stepped forward with confidence to share their perspectives on thought-provoking themes.
The event witnessed engaging discussions on the topic “Classroom Behaviour: Discipline vs Freedom,” where participants presented balanced and insightful arguments on how learning environments should be shaped. While some emphasized the importance of structure and discipline in fostering focus and respect, others advocated for greater freedom and student autonomy to encourage creativity and independent thinking. The exchange of ideas highlighted the complexity of the issue and the maturity with which students approached it.
Equally impactful was the theme “Child Labour: A Shame to Society.” Students delivered powerful speeches supported by real-world examples, reflecting both awareness and empathy. Their words carried a strong sense of responsibility, urging society to recognize and address this pressing concern. The discussions were not only informative but deeply moving, showcasing the students’ ability to connect knowledge with human values.
What stood out throughout the competition was the depth of thought and the respect with which ideas were shared. Each participant contributed meaningfully, demonstrating that true learning extends far beyond textbooks—into dialogue, reflection, and the courage to voice one’s beliefs.
The event served as a platform for students to refine their communication skills, strengthen critical thinking, and develop confidence in public speaking. More importantly, it nurtured a culture of listening, understanding, and respectful disagreement—skills essential for both academic and personal growth.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all participants for their dedication, clarity, and sportsmanship. Your voices added purpose and perspective, making the event truly memorable.
